Delivery

VOX uses Printful Services for printing and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Neither Printful nor VOX can provide guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times depend on the items ordered and their place of manufacture in relation to the place of delivery.

Feedback from our customers shows that delivery times vary between 6 days and 2 weeks.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are payable by the Customer (unless otherwise indicated by VOX).

Delivery charges are added to the price of the product and may vary depending on the delivery location and/or type of product.

Additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult-to-reach locations that require special attention.

VOX and Printful reserve the right to inform you of any additional delivery charges that apply to a specific delivery address.

Returning items and refunds

Returning items:

  • Items are returned to the shops from which they were shipped (your shop's return address defaults to Printful's, based on where the package was shipped from)
  • Packages shipped from US and Mexico fulfillment centres are returned to the Charlotte location: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
  • Packages shipped from facilities in Canada are returned to the following address: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
  • Packages shipped from facilities in Latvia are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages dispatched from Spanish facilities are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Packages sent from the UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages shipped by Printful's partners in Australia are returned to 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (clothing orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-clothing orders, excluding phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
  • Parcels sent by Printful's partner in Japan are returned to the following address: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
  • Packages sent by Printful's Brazilian partner must be returned to the following address: Rodovia Santos Dumont : Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460, Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.

Refund :

Refunds will be issued by VOX once the returned Items have been received and checked.
