General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GCS)

Article 1.
Purpose

The purpose of these conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between Vox and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the Vox website, https://vox.boutique.
The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale, which the purchaser acknowledges having read prior to ordering. Prior to any transaction, the purchaser declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the Vox site, www.vox.boutique, is not directly related to his/her professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and on the other hand that he/she has full legal capacity, enabling him/her to commit to these general conditions of sale. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Vendor with non-professional buyers wishing topurchase the products offered for sale by the Vendor on the www.vox.boutique website.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at all times on the www.vox.boutique website and shall prevail over any other document.

The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The Products offered for sale on the site are as follows:
Clothing and accessories

In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded in the Vendor's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions
concluded with the Customer.

The Vendor's contact details are as follows

Jean-Dominique
POUPEL - 45 rue de la Marne - 86 000 Poitiers

Company registration number :

Email: vox.boutique@protonmail.com

VOX reserves the right to modify these terms and
conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its website.

As a result, the applicable conditions shall be those
in force on the date of the order by the purchaser.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those shown on the VOX
website www.vox.boutique, while stocks last. VOX reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the
form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs
are as accurate as possible but are in no way binding on the Seller. The sale of the products presented on the www.vox.boutique website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 3. Prices

The prices shown on the product sheets in the internet
catalogue are in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order as well as any other currency valid on the www.vox.boutique website. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. VOX reserves the right to modify its prices at any
time, it being understood, however, that the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order shall be the only price applicable to the purchaser. The prices shown do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased depending on the total amount of the order.

The Products are supplied at the current prices shown on the www.vox.boutique website when the order is registered by the Seller.

The prices take into account any discounts granted by the Seller on the ww.vox.boutique website.

These prices are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity, but the Vendor reserves the right, outside of the period of validity, to modify the prices at any time.

The prices do not include the costs of processing, dispatch, transport and delivery, which are invoiced in addition, under the conditions indicated on the site and calculated before the order is placed.

The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to
the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.

An invoice will be drawn up by the Vendor and given to the Customer upon delivery of the products ordered.

Article 4. Orders and payment terms

It is the Customer's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the www.vox.boutique website, in accordance with the following steps:

Depending on the delivery method chosen by the
customer, he/she will receive his/her order within the time indicated.

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site.

The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to report any errors immediately.

Any order placed on the www.vox.boutique website
constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Vendor.

The Vendor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The Customer will be able to follow the progress of his/her order on the website.

Any cancellation of the order by the Customer will only be possible for two working days after the order has been placed, and before the printing and delivery of the items ordered (irrespective of the
provisions relating to the application or non-application of the legal right of withdrawal).

Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these
terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge thereof and waiver of the right to invoke its own terms and conditions of purchase. All of the data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. If the purchaser has an e-mail address and has entered it on
his/her order form, VOX will send him/her an e-mail confirming that his/her
order has been registered.

If the Buyer wishes to contact VOX, they may do so either by post to the following address: VOX, 45 rue de la Marne - 86 000 Poitiers; or by email to the following address: vox.boutique@protonmail.com

Article 5. Retention of title

VOX retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received, in principal, costs and taxes included.

Article 6. Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of delivery of their order to exercise their right of retraction and return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the cost of returning the product.

Article 7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.

Deliveries shall be made by a company other than VOX.
Products are shipped by Printful, a company chosen by Vox for the quality of its products.

Delivery times are estimates only. Neither Printful
nor VOX can provide guaranteed delivery dates. It is only once the order has
been executed and transmitted to the carrier that VOX and its customer become
the legal owners of the products.

Printful delivers to most countries in the world.
Delivery charges are payable by the Customer (unless otherwise indicated by VOX). Delivery charges are added to the price of the product and may vary depending on the delivery location and/or type of product, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult-to-access locations that require special attention. VOX and Printful reserve the right to inform you of any additional delivery charges that apply to a specific delivery address.

Certain products are packaged and shipped separately.
Neither VOX nor Printful can guarantee delivery dates and, to the extent permitted by law, accept no responsibility, other than to advise of any known
delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The average delivery time may be indicated on the www.vox.boutique website. This is only an average estimate, and some deliveries may take longer, or on the contrary be delivered much more quickly. All delivery estimates given when the
order is placed and confirmed are subject to change. In all cases, VOX and Printful will do their best to contact customers and inform them of any
changes. VOX and Printful endeavour to make the delivery of products as simple
as possible.

Ownership of the products will only be transferred to the Customer once full payment has been received for all sums due for the products, including delivery costs and taxes, and once the products have been
handed over to the carrier.

Article 8. Warranty and claims

If VOX or one of its customers notices a problem with the products or any other element of the order, a problem report will be submitted to Printful.

The return address is set by default on the Printful website. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Your shop's return address defaults to Printful's, based on where the package was shipped:

All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to the above addresses will be returned to the sender, as Printful is not legally authorised to open correspondence that is not addressed to it.

Printful does not accept returns of sealed products, such as face masks, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders containing masks cannot be reshipped and will be discarded.

Notification to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
2. sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

Printful therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Article 9. Liability

In the distance selling process, VOX is only bound by an obligation of best endeavours. It shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions or other unintentional problems.

Article 10. Intellectual property rights

All elements of the www.vox.boutique website are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of VOX. No-one is authorised to reproduce, exploit or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether in the form of photos, logos, visuals or text.

45 rue de la Marne 86 000 Poitiers

Article 12. Dispute resolution

These distance selling terms and conditions are governed by French and international law.

For any disputes or litigation in France, please contact the customer service department at the Seller's postal or email address given in ARTICLE 1 of these GCS.

The Customer is informed that he/she may in any event have recourse to conventional mediation, with the existing sectoral mediation bodies or to any alternative dispute resolution method (conciliation, for example) in the event of a dispute.
